  1. Weigh out and pour mayonnaise and sriracha into a small bowl.
  2. Peel and press the garlic, put it in the same bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Let it stand for at least an hour before serving, store in the fridge.
