This is a quick sauce recipe that I use for burgers. It is excellent to use in the burger or next to it as a dip for fries.
In this recipe I use "Bostongurka" (Swedish meaning "Boston cucumber") that is a type of relish with pickled gherkins, but you can of course use chopped pickled cucumber, onion and paprika instead.
Despite its name, Bostongurka has nothing to do with the city of Boston. Bostongurka was invented by the Swedish company Felix based on a recipe from Hungary. It was originally invented as a way to use up the end pieces left over when making pickled gherkins.
