Basic recipe for chicken bites in the air fryer. Simple and quick to throw together.

With this recipe, the chicken pieces become slightly crispy on the outside, but juicy inside. I think they are perfect little nuggets that can be used for lots of different things, but just dipping them in some good sauce is excellent. I often use them for wraps as well.

Remember that the cooking time depends on how big the chicken pieces are. Try to get the pieces to roughly the same size and adjust the cooking time if necessary.

Omit the cornstarch if you don't want it, but it adds some texture which I like.

This recipe is for 2 portions but can of course easily be doubled for 4 portions. However, I would recommend cooking everything in 2 batches, otherwise it will be a bit too crowded in most air fryers. You want to try to keep the chicken in one layer and not simply overfill the basket. The chicken pieces will shrink a bit during cooking, but please leave some space anyway.
