A quick and easy recipe for a garlic and fresh herb butter. This butter enhances the flavor of grilled steak, oven-roasted vegetables and much more.

Store the butter in the freezer and take it out an hour or so before you plan to eat it.

Herb Butter
  1. Take the butter out of the fridge, slice it into smaller pieces and let it come to room temperature.
  2. Mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice and herbs well in a bowl.
  3. Taste with salt and pepper. Possibly neither salt nor pepper is needed.
  4. Place the butter on plastic film and roll up into a small roll.
  5. Store in the fridge for a few days or freeze the roll.
