This relatively inexpensive dish is cooked in a pot and is quick to throw together. I think it's a perfect dish for everyday use where leftovers are great for saving as lunch boxes. It's also a pretty good dish for taking care of various leftovers you happen to have in the fridge, so just experiment with what you have at home.

The biggest effort is slicing the onion and cabbage and grating the carrot. However, this can be done quickly in a food processor.

I've chosen to season it with some Chinese flavors that can be found in most Asian stores, but you can of course replace the ingredients with whatever you like or have at home.

  2. Add sliced ​​onion, fry for a few minutes. Add sliced ​​garlic and fry for another minute.
  3. Add sliced ​​cabbage and coarsely grated carrot - fry for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, fry, mix and taste.
  5. Serve with green onions and a little sweet chili sauce.
