Bacon-wrapped prince sausage is easy to prepare and useful for composing this year's Christmas buffet in a slightly different way.

This will probably be the easiest recipe on this page as I only use 2 ingredients; prince sausage and bacon. Just wrap the bacon around the sausage and heat in the airfryer or oven - done. I use 2 packages of bacon from SCAN and there are either 6 or 7 slices in each package.
However, I'm writing a little here regardless as there is a little to think about. Above all, bacon in the airfryer can be a very smoky story... With lots of fat dripping to the bottom of the airfryer and then heating up, it can get very smoky in the kitchen.
The first time I cooked this, I cooked the sausages for 10 minutes at 180°C in the airfryer in 2 batches. The second batch could barely finish because of all the fat that started to smoke. It turned out good results, but the smoke filled the kitchen quite quickly and became unpleasant. So the next time I chose to cook in a regular oven instead (225°C for about 15 minutes) and then heat up, and add some color, in the air fryer. It was a good compromise and also gives you the opportunity to prepare.
