Directions
Herb Butter
- Take the butter out of the fridge, slice it into smaller pieces and let it come to room temperature.
- Mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice and herbs well in a bowl.
- Taste with salt and pepper. Possibly neither salt nor pepper is needed.
- Place the butter on plastic film and roll up into a small roll.
- Store in the fridge for a few days or freeze the roll.
